A map

So, after hours of trying to put a picture in the background, I decided to just post a map of our general route.  We will head from Denver to Beijing, then Tokyo, then Seoul, and finally Hawaii.

When we adopted Lily from Korea, we always knew we would take her back someday to visit her birth country, and possibly meet her birth mother and foster mother.  As the years passed, a trip to Asia became even more important.  Lisa had met Lily's birth mom and discovered that Lily has a birth sister five years older than her.  We have since met Alex and her family, and they have decided to join us on the Korea and Hawaii portions of the trip.

Also, Lily has been studying Chinese, and Quincy Japanese.  Therefore, our homeland visit has become the "Taste of Asia" tour.  We will fly to China and spend five days in the Beijing area.  From there we fly to Japan to spend five days in the Tokyo area.  After Japan, we will spend six days in South Korea, mainly Seoul.  Who knows what will happen there.  Finally, we plan to spend six days in Hawaii.
